Class 1 Truck Driver — $27.00–$29.00/hr

Our company in Lachine, QC needs a Class 1 truck driver to move freight on set routes while keeping deliveries on time and operations safe.

What you'll do

• Drive a Class 1 truck to pick up and drop off freight on assigned routes and within deadlines

• Complete full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, covering brakes, lights, tires and other key systems

• Keep accurate records of loads, delivery logs and vehicle maintenance

• Stay in contact with dispatch and warehouse staff to coordinate pickups and drop-offs

• Follow all traffic laws, safety rules and company procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving record

• At least 2 years of recent local LTL and FL driving experience

• Familiarity with freight handling and safety procedures for hauling goods

• Good communication skills and attention to detail for logging and reporting

• Must currently reside in the province; drivers from outside the province will not be considered

Pay

$27.00-$29.00 per hour
