About this job
Our company needs a dependable Class 1 driver for local LTL pickup and delivery work around Montreal. You'll run a manual transmission truck on a Monday to Friday schedule with a morning start, and you'll be home every night.
Pay
- $26.00 per hour
- Paid through a corporation (no tax deductions)

What you'll haul
- LTL freight picked up and delivered across Montreal and the surrounding area
What the job involves
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections each day
- Photos of the truck and trailer before and after your shift
- Careful, secure handling of freight
- Accurate logs kept through the Samsara ELD system (provided, along with a dash camera)
- Compliance with transportation and safety rules
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 license
- At least 2 years behind the wheel in a Class 1 role
- Comfortable driving a manual transmission truck
- Clean driving record
- Reliable, professional approach to the work
