Our company Transportation, a produce-hauling company with over 80 years in business, is looking for a Class 1 local driver in St. Remi, Quebec. This role covers local deliveries, pickups and container work, with you back home every day.
What you'll haul
- Local deliveries, pickups and container freight, handled safely and on schedule
- You'll run both manual and automatic transmission trucks
Home time
- Local routes with daily home time
- Scheduled days off built into the job
Requirements
- Class 1 license with at least 2 years behind the wheel
- Comfortable driving manual and automatic transmission trucks
- Strong focus on safety and following compliance rules
- Good communication with dispatch and customers
- Dependable, takes pride in the work, keeps the truck clean, and stays on top of logs, paperwork and pre-trip inspections
