Class 1 Local LTL Driver — $28.10/hr, Home Daily

Join a direct-hire, full-time permanent team in the Drummondville, QC area (near Montreal), driving local LTL routes. You'll be home every night, working a morning shift on a 5-day schedule.

Pay

• Starting at $28.10/hr, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, early morning start

• 50 to 60 hours per week

What you'll haul

• Local less-than-truckload (LTL) freight around the Drummondville/Montreal area

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely to deliver goods to assigned stops

• Complete pre-trip inspections for safety and regulatory compliance

• Load and unload freight, including hand-bombing and forklift work when needed

• Keep accurate records of hours driven and deliveries made

• Handle basic vehicle upkeep and minor repairs as required

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers about delivery timing and any issues

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Class 1 driving experience

• Comfortable driving both manual and automatic trucks

• Able to handle freight, including unloading
