Class 1 Fuel Delivery Driver — $35.12–$37.12/hr

Our company, a wholesale fuel company selling Petro-Canada commercial fuel and lubricants across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, needs a full-time afternoon fuel delivery driver at its Langley (Port Kells) office. You'll handle both on-site refueling of equipment and larger truck-and-trailer deliveries.

Pay

• $35.12-$37.12 per hour

• Rate rises to $37.12/hour after probation, plus a $1.00 shift differential for evening work

Home time

• No overnight travel away from home

• 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule gives you three full days off each week

• Shift starts and ends at the office

What you'll haul

• Fuel, delivered from small on-site refueling jobs up to 50,000 L truck and trailer loads

• Operate a tandem or truck and trailer fuel tanker

Requirements

• Class 1 license with a clean driver abstract

• 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Fuel delivery or dangerous goods experience preferred

• Strong English communication and customer service skills

• Good physical condition, able to work outdoors in all weather

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre and post trip truck inspections

• Track fuel flow using a handheld computer device

• Complete ongoing safety e-learning through Workhub

• Work independently with a safety-first mindset
