CDL Water Truck Driver — Hobson, TX

Our company provides midstream logistics support to major energy producers, hauling fluids safely and reliably. They need a dependable CDL driver based in Hobson, TX to operate a water truck with a GVW over 26,000 lbs.

What you'll do

• Operate and safely handle your assigned vehicle, keeping loads secured to avoid damage or injury

• Follow a set route, help plan directions, and deliver on time while staying in touch with dispatch

• Check that each load matches its manifest and collect delivery signatures

• Inspect your rig before and after every trip, and keep it clean and properly maintained (fuel, fluids, tires, repairs)

• Flag any major mechanical or delivery problems to management

• Keep accurate logs of your driving, deliveries, and hours worked

• Follow traffic laws, adjust for road and weather conditions, and stay compliant with ICC and DOT rules

Requirements

• Valid CDL

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred

• Clean driving record, no moving violations

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Good sense of direction, self-motivated, and comfortable working without close supervision
