Our company in Houston, TX is looking for a truck driver to haul oversized loads safely and efficiently between locations.
What you'll haul
- Oversized loads moved to and from assigned destinations
What you'll do
- Check that each load matches shipping requirements before heading out
- Assist with loading, unloading and moving products and materials
- Run maintenance and safety checks on your truck and trailer
- Keep your truck on track with its maintenance schedule
- Gather paperwork for goods picked up and delivered
- Fill out driving logs by hand on any unit not covered by ELD
- Keep your vehicle clean and in good order
- Submit expense reports at least once a month so your company credit card stays funded
- Follow NOV's company, health/safety/environmental and quality policies and procedures
- Take on other duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL license
- 3 years of experience hauling and securing oversized loads
