CDL Company Truck Driver — $1,200/Week

Our company in Missouri City, TX is looking for a company truck driver to haul freight safely and on schedule. You'll run tractor-trailers, including container loads, and may handle local or over-the-road routes.

Pay

• $1,200.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Containerized and other specialized freight

• Routes may include local deliveries as well as long-distance, over-the-road runs

What you'll do

• Drive tractor-trailers in line with DOT and FMCSA rules

• Plan and follow routes using GPS to hit delivery windows

• Check your truck before and after each trip, confirming secure loads, proper trailer hookup and working brakes

• Load and unload freight by hand when needed, following safety procedures, including for loads that may be hazardous or temperature-sensitive

• Keep accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork as required by FMCSA

• Stay in contact with dispatch on route updates or delivery problems

Requirements

• Solid background driving commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers with container trailers

• Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules

• Comfortable using GPS systems to plan and run routes

• Able to safely load and unload freight manually

• Experience with both local and OTR driving
