Our company is hiring a CDL-B delivery driver to run local, multi-stop night routes for a major convenience store chain in Bordentown, NJ. You'll drive a refrigerated straight truck, load your own vehicle, and handle unload-and-scan deliveries with no sales or merchandising involved. This is steady, year-round work with the backing of a full logistics team.
Pay
- Route-based pay of $262 to $403 per day, with strong earning potential
- Average annual earnings around $85,000
- Paid weekly
- Extra pay available for picking up additional stops or covering routes when other drivers need help
- Paid orientation and training
Schedule
- Dispatch typically between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm
- Home every day on a consistent local route
- Full-time night shift, working all weekends and holidays, with two consecutive weekdays off
What you'll haul
- Refrigerated deliveries of food products for a major convenience store brand
- Multi-stop routes, ranging from 8 to 20 stops per shift depending on assignment
- You load your own truck at the start of each shift and unload at each stop using a hand truck and ramp or lift gate
Requirements
- At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience in a CDL straight truck
- Touch freight experience is a plus
- Valid Class B license
- Minimum age 21 with a clean driving record
- Able to work all weekends and holidays
