CDL-B Delivery Driver & Helper — Building Materials, Class A Preferred

Sun Valley Interior Supply, a building materials distributor in Phoenix, AZ, is looking for a CDL driver who can also help load and unload deliveries. You'll run building materials out to job sites on a flatbed or boom truck and make sure customers get a good experience along the way.

What you'll haul

• Building materials delivered to assigned job sites on a flatbed or boom truck

• You'll check the truck and trailer before heading out, confirm the paperwork and load match, then get everything secured for the road

• At the site you'll unload materials where the customer directs, then get the truck ready and squared away for the next day

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid commercial driver's license, Class B minimum, with Class A strongly preferred

• Clean 3-year motor vehicle report

• Solid working knowledge of DOT rules

• Boom or crane experience is a plus

• Able to read, write and communicate clearly

• Physically able to lift and move building materials weighing up to 100+ lbs

• Comfortable staying seated while driving roughly 40% of the shift, and constantly moving, climbing on and off the truck, and judging distances while loading and unloading outdoors
