CDL-A Truck Driver — Paid Mentorship, Home Every 2 Weeks

Run a Western regional dry van lane with steady freight, your own assigned truck and a schedule you can plan two weeks ahead. This route covers 11 Western states only, with drop and hook loads and no city driving.

Pay and home time

• Average weekly gross of $1,300 to $1,500, paid every week by direct deposit

• 2,000 to 2,400 miles a week

• Full weekend off every 2 weeks, with the option to stay out longer for more miles

• Extra pay available through safety and performance bonuses

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch dry van freight, mostly drop and hook

• Dedicated dispatch keeps your truck loaded and moving

• Late-model tractors assigned to you, no slip-seating

Training for newer drivers

• If you're new to the seat, you'll ride along with an experienced mentor for 3 to 5 weeks of paid training

• Training includes real mountain driving and trip planning, not just classroom work

• Guaranteed weekly pay while you train

• Move to your own solo truck once you pass evaluation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Either 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience or a completed CDL-A program of 120+ hours

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, and no DUI/DWI in the last 5 to 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
