CDL-A Truck Driver — $2,000–$3,500/Week

This role puts you behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer hauling a mix of freight types out of Houston, TX, with pay ranging from $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week. Assignments can include over-the-road routes and various specialized equipment.

Pay

• $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week

What you'll haul

• General freight as well as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and vehicle transport equipment, depending on the assignment

• Some loads may involve hazardous or dangerous goods

What you'll do

• Navigate local and long-haul routes using GPS

• Inspect your equipment before operating it

• Load, unload, and secure cargo following proper safety procedures

• Keep accurate trip and delivery paperwork and report any issues along the route

Requirements

• A valid Class A CDL

• Comfortable driving a manual transmission

• Understanding of FMCSA and DOT rules, including hazmat regulations where relevant

• Hands-on experience driving commercial or delivery vehicles

Nice to have

• Background with refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, or auto-hauling equipment

• OTR route experience and freight logistics knowledge

• Familiarity with hazmat/dangerous goods handling and GPS-based route driving
