About this job
Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers to deliver brand-new Freightliner trucks across the country. You move the trucks themselves to dealerships and fleet customers instead of hauling freight, so there are no trailers and no docks to wait at.
Pay
- $2,000 to $2,200 per week, with $2,000 a week as the stated average.
- Training and orientation are paid.
How the job works
- You sleep in a hotel every night rather than in a sleeper cab.
- The company covers hotels, fuel, tolls and flights back to the terminal after each delivery.
- You keep the airline and hotel reward points you earn.
- Plan to be away from home 2 to 3 weeks at a time.
Who fits
- Drivers coming from flatbed, step deck, heavy haul, open deck, auto haul or regular OTR freight.
- Requirements: a CDL-A, at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, and manual transmission experience.
- A doubles/triples endorsement is preferred.
