About this job
Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers to deliver brand-new Freightliner trucks to dealerships and fleet customers around the country. You drive the new trucks themselves, so there is no freight to haul, no trailers and no waiting at docks. The job is based out of Concord, NC.
Pay
- Weekly pay of $2,000 to $2,200, with a $2,000 weekly average
- Paid training and paid orientation
On the road
- Expect to be out 2 to 3 weeks at a time
- You sleep in a hotel every night instead of a sleeper cab
- After each delivery the company flies you back to the terminal for your next assignment
- The company covers hotels, flights, fuel and tolls, and you keep your own airline and hotel reward points
Requirements
- A CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Manual transmission experience
- Flatbed, open deck or other OTR background is a plus
- A doubles/triples endorsement is preferred
