About this job
Our company is hiring Class A drivers with little or no experience for a paid trainee program. You'll train for four weeks, then move into a regular driving position matched to your location.
Pay
- Trainee pay: $650-$1,050 a week, depending on state and terminal
- After training, solo pay averages: local drivers around $1,400/week take-home, regional up to $1,800/week, and OTR $2,000+/week
What you'll haul
- Mostly USPS contract runs and dedicated lanes, with a lot of drop-and-hook freight
- Trucks are 2024-2026 automatics
Home time
After training, a recruiter will go over local, regional, and OTR lane options near your ZIP code, and you choose the route that fits you.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- No minimum experience required (must have less than two years behind the wheel to qualify as a trainee)
