CDL-A Team Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $0.37/mi per Driver

Our company Transport is looking for CDL-A team drivers for a regional dedicated account, with drivers home every week. Company drivers who are willing to team up are welcome to apply.

Pay

• Teams earn $200,000-$240,000 total per team, or $100,000-$120,000 per person per year

• Paid by the mile: 0.74 cpm split between the team, which works out to 0.37 cpm per driver for all miles

• Extra cents per mile for additional pup runs, plus incentives for high-mile weeks

• Flat-rate pay for intermediate stops, unloading, and approved utility work

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for each driver who commits to teaming

• Uncapped $3,000 referral bonus per driver

Home time

You'll be home weekly on this regional dedicated account.

Schedule and freight

• Routes are set up on a 5-day work week, targeting at least 5,400 miles weekly

• Mix of live loads and unloads at third-party locations, plus drop-and-hook at distribution centers

• Some runs involve driver-unloading at customer stores after hours

• 24/7 maintenance support is available

• Orientation can be completed remotely

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience

• Clean record on MVR, PSP, and the FMCSA Clearinghouse
