CDL-A Team OTR Truck Drivers — Fixed $2,500–$3,250/Week

Our company is looking for 5 OTR team drivers to run dry van drop-and-hook freight in newer equipment. Pay is a fixed weekly amount, so you get paid even on days you're not driving.

Pay

• Fixed pay ranges from $2,500 to $3,250 per week, depending on your schedule (details below)

• As an alternative, you can be paid $1 per mile instead of the fixed rate

• Trucks run 3,500 to 5,000 miles a week

• The fixed pay is per person and does not change based on how many miles you actually drive

Home time

• $3,250 per week: out 4 weeks, home 4 days

• $3,000 per week: out 3 weeks, home 3 days

• $2,500 per week: out just 2 weeks, home 2 days (for drivers based in the Midwest)

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, drop and hook

• Trucks are 2024 to 2026 models, fully equipped

Requirements

• One driver on the team needs at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience; the other needs at least 1 year

• Must be willing to run OTR, though routes are mostly in the Midwest

• No DUIs

• No criminal charges
