CDL-A Team OTR Truck Driver — $1,750 Avg Weekly Pay, Home Bi-Weekly

Join a new OTR team fleet running dry van freight through TX, CA, AZ, TN, GA, and NV, based out of Phoenix, AZ. This lane offers steady miles and time-sensitive loads, with drivers home every two weeks.

Pay

• Average weekly pay per driver is $1,750

• Average weekly miles run at 5,000

• Stop pay of $25 per stop

• Trip pay is calculated on dispatched miles, split between drivers at a rate of $.64 to $.84 CPM depending on route and experience

• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 split between drivers, paid in $500 increments per 10,000 miles (you must be hired as a new team to qualify)

Home time

You'll be home on a bi-weekly schedule.

What you'll haul

This is dry van freight with consistent, time-sensitive loads. Strong backing skills are needed, and you'll need to carry ratchet straps. An escort vehicle may sometimes be required.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old

• Minimum 3 months of driving experience

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial vehicle under any federal, state, or local rule

• No more than 1 preventable on-road or DOT loss in the past 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that same period, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No convictions in the last 3 years for possessing, transporting, or using Schedule 1 drugs while on duty
