CDL-A Tanker Farm Pickup Driver — $300/Day + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company LLC needs Class A CDL drivers with tanker experience to pick up raw milk from dairy farms around New York and deliver it to processing plants on regional routes. You'll handle live unloads and work closely with dispatch to keep routes running smoothly.

Pay

• $300.00 per day

• $5,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility and payout terms explained during hiring)

What you'll haul

• Raw milk picked up from local dairy farms using food-grade loading procedures

• Liquid dairy products delivered to processing plants on set regional routes

• Live unload deliveries as part of the job

• Drop and hook trailer work

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement

• At least 23 years old

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience

• At least 1 year hauling liquid tanker or food-grade products

• Dairy hauling background preferred, 4+ years a plus

• Able to get and keep a milk handler certification

• Valid DOT medical card and a clean, insurable driving history

• Comfortable using ELDs and following Hours of Service rules

• Able to climb ladders and check trailer seals

• Good navigation and problem-solving abilities

• Willing to work some weekends and holidays

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks on the job

Daily duties

• Load milk safely and correctly at dairy farms

• Run scheduled routes to processing plants

• Keep dispatch updated on routing, delays, or issues

• Inspect your truck, trailer, and equipment each day

• Follow food safety and regulatory standards

• Keep accurate logs and paperwork

• Build good working relationships with farmers and customers
