CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — Home Weekly, No Experience Needed

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers, including recent CDL grads, to run a Central-Eastern regional fleet out of Newark, NJ. You'll haul 100% no-touch freight with an assigned truck and get home every week.

Pay

• Starting pay ranges from $0.60 to $0.70 per mile

• New drivers in training earn $700 per week

• Solo drivers typically bring home $1,360 to $1,520 per week

• Posted weekly pay range: $1,500.00 to $1,600.00

• Earn up to an extra 3 CPM through the Drive to Thrive performance bonus

• Short-haul runs pay a minimum of $100 to $200 depending on distance

• Paid weekly

Additional pay

• Sign-on bonus up to $2,000 (requires at least 3 months of experience)

• Transition bonus up to $1,500

• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the first 2 hours

• Layover pay: $100 per day

• Stop pay: $25.00 per stop

• Orientation is paid

Home time

• Home every week, with a 34-hour restart

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight only

• A combination of drop-and-hook and live unload

• Routes stay within the Central-East region, covering up to 6 eastern states

• Expect to run 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week

• You'll drive a late-model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• Must meet DOT qualifications

• Recent CDL-A graduates are welcome to apply

• 3+ months of experience needed to qualify for the sign-on bonus
