CDL-A Regional/OTR Dry Van Driver — $0.75/Mile, Home Weekends

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run regional/OTR dry van freight out of East Rutherford, NJ. You'll get consistent miles, modern equipment and home time every weekend.

Pay

• $0.75 per mile

• Weekly gross potential of $1,500 or more

• Paid per the agreed compensation structure

• Consistent freight, mostly no-touch dry van when available

Home time

• Home every weekend

• Runs are regional/OTR during the week

• You may stop overnight once or twice during the week depending on the load and schedule

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight

• Expect about 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week

Equipment

• 2021 Volvo sleeper tractor paired with a dry van

• Well-maintained truck with a comfortable sleeper setup

• Fridge, microwave, blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control and a 3000-watt power inverter

• Operation stays ELD and DOT compliant

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

• Recent regional or OTR experience is preferred

• Clean, safe driving record

• Professional communication and a dependable work ethic

• Must pass DOT pre-employment screening and hold a current DOT medical card

• Must follow all FMCSA/DOT safety rules

• Must be able to show verifiable work and driving history

The company wants a driver who takes care of the equipment, understands hours of service, shows up on time, communicates well with dispatch and customers, and is looking to stick around rather than leave after a few weeks. They're building long-term relationships with their drivers.

This position is based out of East Rutherford, New Jersey, and works well for drivers near Rutherford, Secaucus, Clifton, Passaic, Paterson, Newark, Elizabeth, Jersey City, North Bergen, Union City, Hackensack, or anywhere in Bergen, Essex or Hudson County.
