CDL-A Regional Flex Truck Driver — Average $100,000/yr

Penske Logistics is looking for full-time CDL-A drivers for a regional flex position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. You'll travel to different work locations as assigned and handle multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.

Pay

• Drivers average $100,000 per year

• Performance incentives can add up to $10,400 annually

• Referral bonus program pays up to $5000 per referral

• Paid weekly, every Friday

What you'll haul

• Multi-stop deliveries of automotive parts and supplies to dealerships

• Unloading done with manual pallet jacks, hand trucks and rolling cages

• You'll scan products as they're unloaded and delivered

Schedule

• Up to 100 percent travel is required for this role

• You'll relocate to your assigned work location for the length of the assignment, with dispatch times varying by assignment

Equipment

• Newer trucks maintained by Penske, built for comfort and safety

• Cabs include inward and outward-facing cameras for safety monitoring

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with a residence and license in the same U.S. state

• Must hold or be able to get a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency required under federal DOT rules

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening, and complete Penske's application process

• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs, with normal vision and hearing, and the physical ability to safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area
