CDL-A Regional Driver — Home Weekly, $1,600-$1,800/wk Avg

This is a CDL-A regional driving job hauling dedicated dry freight out of Scottsdale, AZ, with weekly home time. Both new CDL grads and experienced drivers can apply, but the work involves hands-on unloading.

Pay

• $1,600-$1,800 average weekly pay (about $83,200-$93,600 per year)

• $100 unload pay per load

• $25 stop pay

• Paid for all loaded miles, averaging about 1,800 miles per week

Home time

• Home once a week

• Day and night shifts, with early morning deliveries

• Weekend availability required, though weekend deliveries are rare

• Friday Utah deliveries may delay your return to Saturday night

• Holiday work possible depending on customer needs

What you'll haul

• Dedicated dry freight account

• Regional lanes from Phoenix to Southern California (San Diego), Las Vegas, Utah, and Arizona

• Touch freight: about 80% moved via RotoCarts, 20% loose boxes stacked by hand

• Unloads typically take 1-2 hours per stop

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum age 21

• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

• Safe driving record

• Recent CDL graduates and trainees welcome
