CDL-A Regional Driver — $0.60–$0.65/Mile, AZ–CA Routes

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to run regional freight between Arizona and California. You'll work with newer trucks, get a predictable schedule, and be home every other night.

Pay

• $0.60 to $0.65 per mile, depending on your experience and qualifications

• Military veterans with a current Class A CDL and at least 2 years of recent Class A driving experience start at $0.62 per mile on AZ-CA regional routes

• Any route over 600 miles adds another $0.03 per mile, up to $0.65 per mile

• On-duty activities that qualify for activity pay are compensated at $26.00 to $28.00 per hour

• Paid weekly, with average weekly gross earnings between $1,400 and $2,000

Home time

You'll be home every other night while running regional Arizona-California lanes.

Schedule

• Regional routes between Arizona and California

• Weekend work is required when business needs call for it

• Expect to average 50 to 60 hours per week

• You'll need to be willing to travel overnight between the two states

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience

• Minimum age of 25

• No DUI convictions in the past 5 years

• No at-fault accidents in the past 5 years

• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate

• Solid knowledge of DOT rules and Hours of Service requirements

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English

• Able to complete full pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Willing to travel overnight between Arizona and California and work weekends as needed
