CDL-A Regional Delivery Driver — $32.94/hr + $6,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company, a flooring manufacturer, needs a CDL-A driver based in Waukesha, WI to deliver carpet, pad and hard surface flooring across Wisconsin routes. You'll work a steady Monday-Friday daytime schedule with reliable, well-kept equipment.

Pay

• $32.94 per hour

• Weekly wage range of $1,400-$1,600

• $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three parts: $2,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year (remaining payments are forfeited if you leave within the first year)

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Start at 5:30am on route days (until the route is complete) or 6:30am when working in the warehouse

• Flexibility needed to cover any Wisconsin route as required

• Year-round, consistent work

What you'll haul

• Carpet, pad and hard surface flooring

• Deliveries to flooring retailers, warehouses, distribution centers and job sites throughout Wisconsin

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy product

• Open to a flexible work schedule
