Our company is hiring Owner Operators for drayage work based in Mobile, AL, with pre-planned daily port freight and nightly home time. Note: parts of this posting also reference Houston-area port freight, so confirm the exact lanes and terminal with our company before applying.

Pay

• Earn $250,000+ per year, with weekly pay up to $5,000

• Fuel surcharge is paid as a percentage of the gross load amount, so your margins stay protected when fuel prices rise

• Extra pay available for bobtailing, chassis splits, wait time, Hazmat loads, and overweight loads

Home time and schedule

• You'll be home every night, running local and regional port freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, minimum age 21

• At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A experience within the past 10 years

• No more than 2 moving violations or 2 preventable accidents in the last 2 years, with a combined maximum of 3

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen

• Your truck needs to be GPA-registered and pass inspection; sleeper cabs and double-axle day cabs are both accepted, with no age restriction on the truck
