CDL-A OTR Van Truckload Driver — $1,115–$1,360/Week Avg

Our company needs CDL-A drivers for over-the-road van truckload runs across all 48 states, based near Flagstaff, Kingman or Yuma, AZ, or within 125 miles of Phoenix, AZ. You'll run steady power lanes with plenty of freight, dispatched ahead of time so you can plan your week, and the loads are 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,115 to $1,360.

• Paid by the mile plus an hourly rate for on-duty, non-driving time.

• New Productivity Incentive adds up to an extra $.06 per mile depending on your weekly miles.

• During your first 90 days, you're guaranteed at least $1,000 a week.

• Weekly performance-based pay on top of your base.

• An annual bonus worth up to 2% of your yearly gross pay.

• Sign-on bonus of $6,000 for experienced drivers or $3,000 for inexperienced drivers, each paid out monthly over your first year.

• Orientation is paid.

Home time

You'll be home about once a month.

What you'll haul

Van truckload freight, mostly drop-and-hook with minimal touching, running consistent lanes throughout the 48 states.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• HazMat endorsement is a plus, not mandatory.

• Having a passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens up more routes.

• Must live within 75 miles of Flagstaff, Kingman or Yuma, AZ, or within 125 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
