About this job
Our company has been running for 23 years and is hiring CDL-A drivers for its OTR fleet out of Greensboro, NC. You would drive late-model trucks, about 90% of them Peterbilt 579s, and positions are open for solo drivers, teams and owner-operators.
Pay
- Dry van solo OTR (W2): 0.65 CPM base plus 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Dry van solo regional (W2): 0.70 CPM base plus 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, weekly home time, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Flatbed solo OTR (W2): 0.70 CPM base, another 0.10 CPM if you hit 11K+ miles a month, load pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Dry van teams OTR (W2): 82–87 CPM split between the pair, covering base and bonuses, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Hazmat/doubles teams OTR (W2): 82–89 CPM split, covering base, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Owner-operators OTR: 75% of the load, plus a fuel discount program.
- Bonuses apply once 95% service is reached.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience.
