CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.85/Mile Plus Bonuses

Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to run dry van or reefer freight in a 2020 Freightliner. The company is working to secure dedicated reefer lanes with major national partners, including high-volume beverage freight, so there's room to grow into more predictable routes while standard OTR work continues.

Pay

• $0.55 to $0.85 per mile, negotiable based on experience

• Fuel savings bonus: $0.01 to $0.05 per mile

• Safety bonus: $0.02 to $0.03 per mile

• One-year service bonus: $500 to $1500

• Sign-on bonus: $2400 to $4000 per year, paid quarterly during your first year

• Wait time is paid

Schedule

• OTR runs of 2 to 4 weeks, with 3 to 5 days off between runs (longer runs are welcome)

Equipment

• 2020 Freightliner with a 53ft dry van or reefer trailer

• Truck is under warranty and covered by roadside assistance

What you'll haul

• Dry van and reefer freight across multiple states, with dedicated lanes for major national accounts (including high-volume beverage freight) in the works

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 2 years of OTR experience

• Clean driving record, both commercial and personal

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Good communication and people skills for working with dispatch, shippers and receivers

• Mechanical know-how is a plus but not required

• Valid license and legal authorization to drive commercial vehicles
