CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.85/Mile

Our company is looking for experienced OTR drivers to run their 2020 Freightliner trucks pulling 53ft dry van or reefer trailers. The company is working to secure dedicated reefer lanes with major national accounts, including high-volume beverage freight, and wants to build its driver team ahead of that.

Pay

• Up to $0.55-$0.85 per mile, negotiable based on experience

• Fuel savings bonus: $0.01-$0.05 per mile

• Safety bonus: $0.02-$0.03 per mile

• Service bonus after one year: $500-$1500

• Sign-on bonus: $2400-$4000 per year, paid quarterly during your first year

• Wait time is compensated

Home time

Schedule runs 2 to 4 weeks on the road followed by 3 to 5 days off, with longer stretches preferred. Some flexibility exists to work within this range to fit your lifestyle.

What you'll haul

You'll drive a 2020 Freightliner with a 53ft dry van or reefer trailer across multiple states. The truck is under warranty with roadside assistance included. While dedicated lanes are being finalized, you'll run standard OTR routes; once new lanes are secured, drivers may move into more predictable, consistent freight.

Requirements

• CDL-A with a minimum of 2 years of OTR driving experience

• Clean driving record, both commercial and personal

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Solid communication and people skills for working with dispatch, shippers, and receivers

• Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required

• Valid license and legal eligibility to drive commercial vehicles

You'll also be expected to keep up with routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and all safety and DOT rules.
