CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.61 CPM + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for full-time CDL-A OTR drivers to haul freight and special project loads on long-distance routes out of Gravette, AR.

Pay

• Base pay runs $0.48-$0.54 per mile depending on experience, paid weekly on 100% of dispatched miles

• Mileage and MPG incentives can add up to an extra $0.07 CPM each week

• Total earning potential reaches up to $0.61 CPM plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Pass a DOT roadside safety inspection and collect a $50-$100 cash bonus

Miles and home time

• Dispatch aims for a minimum of 2,500+ miles weekly to keep your paycheck strong

• Supportive dispatchers build flexible schedules, with drivers home every two weeks

Equipment

• Tractors are 2022 models or newer, paired with trailers under 5 years old

• Riders can bring one dog (50 lbs or under) or one cat along for the trip

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience

• High school diploma or GED is preferred, not required

• Clean driving record and solid understanding of DOT safety rules

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, flag any violations or maintenance issues quickly, and keep dispatch updated on your progress
