CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Home Every 10-14 Days, $3000 Sign-On

Our company is looking for OTR Class A drivers to run a mix of multi-stop and full truckload freight out of their Florence, NJ distribution center, delivering to points east of Rt 35. Expect refrigerated, dry, and some hazmat freight, with consistent miles and no forced dispatch.

Pay

• Annual wage range of $90,000 to $120,000, with drivers averaging $110,000 per year

• Extra $0.10 cents per mile placard pay on hazmat loads requiring a placard

• Paid weekly as a W2 employee

• $3000 sign-on bonus, paid out as $1,000 after 30, 60, and 90 days

• $2,000 referral bonus once your referral completes 30 days on the job

Home time

You'll be home roughly every 10 to 14 days.

What you'll haul

A combination of multi-stop and full truckload freight, including refrigerated, dry, and some hazmat shipments.

Equipment

Drive automatic Kenworth T680s or Freightliners equipped with APUs, a refrigerator, microwave, TV with DirecTV, and Sirius XM radio.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• At least 23 years old

• 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• No more than 2 moving violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, representing the company professionally

• Able to meet all federal, state, local, and company requirements
