CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Choose Your Pay & Home Time

Our company needs experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to run direct customer freight with no broker loads. You pick the pay rate and home time schedule that works best for you, and you'll drive newer equipment with solid support behind you.

Pay

• Annual gross pay ranges from $55,000 to $85,000

• $0.55 CPM with weekends home (48 hours)

• $0.60 CPM with home time during the week

• $0.65 CPM on a 12 days on, 48 hours off (weekday) schedule

• Per diem pay included

• Vacation pay

Home time

You choose from several home time setups tied to the pay rates above, from weekends home to longer runs with weekday breaks.

What you'll haul

• Freight comes straight from customers, never brokered

• Mostly drop and hook

• No NYC freight

Equipment

• Fleet of 2023 and newer Peterbilt 579s

• Passenger riders allowed from your first day

Orientation

• Paid orientation ($500) runs 2.5 days in Roaring Spring, PA

• our company covers and arranges your travel and lodging

• You get your own private hotel room and meals are covered during orientation

• Current our company drivers teach the classes

• You'll meet your recruiter, driver manager and leadership team

Terminals

Terminal locations include Roaring Spring, PA; Carlisle, PA; Chester, VA; Eden, NC; Albany, GA; Cartersville, GA; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and Mount Juliet, TN. Terminals offer secure parking, free laundry, clean showers, break rooms, maintenance, wash bays and fuel.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent OTR experience as a CDL-A driver

• A secure spot to park your truck and trailer at home, or access to terminal parking

• If you've had a DOT drug or alcohol violation, you must have completed the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying
