CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Choose Your Pay & Home Time

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to run direct customer freight with no brokered loads. You pick the pay and home time schedule that works for your life, and you'll drive newer equipment with solid support behind you.

Pay

• Annual gross pay ranges from $55,000 to $85,000

• Per diem pay is included

• Pick one of three CPM and schedule combos (see Home time below)

Home time

• $0.55 CPM: home every weekend for 48 hours

• $0.60 CPM: home time during the week

• $0.65 CPM: 12 days out, then 48 hours home on a weekday

What you'll haul

• Direct customer freight only, never brokered loads

• Mostly drop and hook

• No freight into NYC

• Passengers can ride with you starting on day one

Equipment

• Fleet of 2023 and newer Peterbilt 579 trucks

Orientation

• Paid $500 for a 2.5-day orientation in Roaring Spring, PA

• our company covers and arranges your travel and lodging

• You get your own private hotel room and meals are covered during orientation

• Current our company drivers teach the classes

• You'll meet your recruiter, driver manager and members of leadership

Terminals

Terminal locations include Roaring Spring, PA; Carlisle, PA; Chester, VA; Eden, NC; Albany, GA; Cartersville, GA; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and Mount Juliet, TN. Each terminal offers secure parking, free laundry, clean showers, break rooms, maintenance, wash bays and fuel.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent OTR experience in a CDL-A truck

• A safe spot to park your truck and trailer at home, or access to terminal parking

• If you've had a DOT drug or alcohol violation in the past, you must finish the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying
