CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Choose Your Home Time & Pay

Our company needs experienced CDL-A OTR drivers to run direct customer freight, with your pick of pay rate and home time schedule. Loads are mostly drop and hook, with no brokered freight and no NYC runs.

Pay

• Annual gross pay ranges from $55,000 to $85,000

• Per diem pay included

• Pick the schedule and rate that fits you:

• $0.55 CPM, home every weekend for 48 hours

• $0.60 CPM, home time during the week

• $0.65 CPM, 12 days out followed by 48 hours home on a weekday

Home time

Multiple home time setups are available so you can match your route to your lifestyle, from weekly weekend resets to longer stretches out with bigger pay.

What you'll haul

You'll run freight straight from our company's customers, never through brokers, mostly using drop and hook handling. NYC routes are not part of this freight.

Equipment

The fleet runs 2023 and newer Peterbilt 579 trucks.

Orientation

Orientation runs 2.5 days in Roaring Spring, PA, and pays $500. Our company covers and arranges your travel and lodging, gives you your own private hotel room, and provides your meals during orientation. Classes are taught by current our company drivers, and you'll meet your recruiter, driver manager, and members of leadership.

Terminals

Our company operates terminals in Roaring Spring, PA; Carlisle, PA; Chester, VA; Eden, NC; Albany, GA; Cartersville, GA; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; and Mount Juliet, TN. Terminals offer secure parking, free laundry, clean showers, break rooms, maintenance, wash bays, and fuel.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent OTR experience in a CDL-A truck

• A safe spot to park your truck and trailer at home, or access to terminal parking

• If you've had a DOT drug or alcohol violation, you must have finished the Substance Abuse Professional program before applying
