CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated over-the-road work out of Raleigh, NC. The company has been operating for 23 years and runs a late-model fleet of more than 500 Peterbilt 579s plus some Cascadias and Internationals. Several positions are open, from solo dry van and flatbed to teams and owner-operators.

Pay

• Solo dry van OTR (W2): 0.65 CPM base plus a 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus

• Solo flatbed OTR (W2): 0.70 CPM base, plus 0.10 CPM if you hit 11K+ miles a month, plus load pay, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Solo regional dry van (W2): 0.70 CPM base plus a 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, with weekly home time and a $2,500 sign-on bonus

• Dry van teams OTR (W2): 82-87 CPM split between the pair, covering base pay and bonuses, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Hazmat/doubles teams OTR (W2): 82-89 CPM split between the pair, covering base, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Owner-operators OTR: 75% of the load, with a fuel discount program available

• Bonuses apply once 95% service is achieved

Requirements

• At least 1 year of valid CDL-A driving experience
