CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,900–$2,100 Gross Weekly

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run dedicated West Coast freight out of Byron Center, MI. You will be out 10–12 days at a time, then home 3–4 days, in a 2025 or newer truck.

Pay

• $1,900–$2,100 gross per week, which the company puts at $100,000–$110,000 gross per year

• $0.76 CPM

• $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus, offered for a limited time

• Extra pay for stops and detention, plus per diem

• Quarterly safety bonus of up to $2,000 per year

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Home time and routes

• Dedicated West Coast runs

• Out 10–12 days, then home 3–4 days

• About 12 stops per run, and most stops take under 20 minutes

• Repeat customers and familiar delivery locations

• No rigid delivery schedules, so you manage your own time

What you'll haul

• Mostly boxed or palletized freight in 53' dry van trailers

• At some stops you help tailgate the freight; other locations handle unloading

Equipment

• Every truck is a 2025 or newer model

• Built-in Wi-Fi

• Dedicated freight keeps the work steady and cuts downtime

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of recent CDL-A driving experience on similar equipment

• Good MVR

• Pass a DOT physical and a drug test

• Able to bend, lift, push and pull
