CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,800/Week, No Forced NYC

Bay and Bay Transportation is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for steady over-the-road runs. You'll get big-carrier pay and equipment with the feel of a family-owned company.

Pay

• Weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,800 (source job requirements list a range of $1,400 to $1,800)

• Mileage rate of $0.55 to $0.64 per mile, with drivers starting as high as $0.64 CPM

• Pay raises every year

Home time and dispatch

• You won't be forced into New York City runs

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• No slip seating - you keep your own truck

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth T680 tractors

• Most trucks have an APU or auto idle shutoff/start, plus inverters

• PrePass and in-cab scanning included

• Pets and riders allowed

• Updated terminal with a driver lounge

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• OTR tractor-trailer experience: the job summary asks for at least 6 months, while the detailed requirements call for 12 months

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 3 years

• A safety-focused approach to driving
