CDL-A OTR Team Truck Driver — $0.80/Mile, 4000-Mile Guarantee

Our company, a Phoenix, AZ based contractor for FedEx Ground, is looking for two drivers to run together as a team on unassigned (wild) routes. You'll run terminal to terminal, pulling doubles on a strictly drop-and-hook basis, so there's no freight to load or unload. Husband and wife teams are welcome.

Pay

• Starts at $0.80 per mile

• A 4000 mile guarantee applies to the team

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

What you'll haul

• Doubles, drop-and-hook only, no touch freight

• Terminal to terminal routes, run as an unassigned team

Equipment

• New 2025-2027 Freightliner Cascadias

• All trucks are automatic, no slip seating

• Electronic logs, plus Pre Pass, EZ Pass and Horizon Pass provided

• Sirius XM included

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Double-Triple endorsement

• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the past 3 years, or 5 years OTR within the past 10 years, verified

• Graduates of Swift Driving School, HDS (Phoenix Institute of Trucking), RoadMasters, 160 Driving Academy or Mojave only need 6 months of experience
