CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $2,500–$2,600/Week Per Driver

This is a team OTR driving role based out of Waco, TX, hauling aerospace materials in a 53-foot dry van. You'll run consistent weekly lanes between Waco, TX and either Murfreesboro, TN or Port Huron, MI, with home time built in for resets.

Pay

• $2,500–$2,600 a week, paid weekly

• Pay is made up of mileage, stops, drops, and per diem

Home time

• Scheduled resets built into the route rotation

• No fixed days off; schedule and routing can shift week to week

What you'll haul

• Aerospace materials in a 53' dry van pulled by a newer automatic sleeper tractor

• Shifts run about 10 hours of driving

• This is touch freight: you'll unload using an electric pallet jack

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 24 months of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience

• Minimum age 23

• Comfortable driving as part of a two-person OTR team

• Able to handle changing workdays, early AM dispatch, and shifting route assignments

• Experience with an automatic sleeper tractor and 53' dry van

• Willing to unload freight by hand with an electric pallet jack

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

• No DUIs or DWIs in the past 5 years, and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
