CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $2,400-$2,800/Week, Home Weekly

Our company is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Binghamton, NY, looking for Class A team drivers to run open contract OTR lanes. Freight comes exclusively from FedEx Ground, so you get steady, year-round loads without dealing with brokers or outside shippers.

Pay

• $2,400.00-$2,800.00 per driver, per week

• Safety bonus of $41.25-$55.00 for qualifying weeks

• Extra incentive pay tied to safe driving and clean DOT inspections

Home time

• Out 5-6 days, then home weekly

• Scheduled home time Sunday-Monday

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, drop-and-hook only

• This is a full-time, W-2 OTR team role; solo drivers are not eligible for these routes

• Open lanes assigned terminal to terminal based on FedEx Ground freight needs, plus dedicated runs: Binghamton, NY to Orlando; Binghamton, NY to Jackson, TN; and Binghamton, NY to Troutman, NC (departs 8pm)

• Weekly mileage runs 5,500-5,800 on average, depending on the lane

• Trucks are 2025-2027 Freightliner Cascadia sleepers with automatic transmissions, a microwave, refrigerator, and inverter

What the job involves

• Running dedicated OTR lanes as part of a two-person team

• Doing proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keeping ELD logs accurate

• Following DOT, company, and customer safety rules

• Staying in touch with dispatch about delays, equipment issues, or route updates

Requirements

• At least 24 months of verifiable experience driving a Class A tractor-trailer

• A current Doubles/Triples endorsement, or willingness to get one right away

• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol violations

• Clear English communication for safety, dispatch, and DOT needs

• Reliable attendance and a safety-focused, professional approach
