CDL-A OTR Solo/Team Driver — No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company, a family-owned carrier with 26 years in business, is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers for solo or team runs out of their New Jersey terminal. They haul LTL freight on appointed, steady runs, and they don't use driver-facing cameras.

Pay

• Weekly wage range of $1,500.00 to $2,000.00

• Solo drivers earn $0.62 to $0.67 per mile; team drivers earn $1 per mile

• All miles paid, loaded and empty

• Effective rate up to 80 CPM once you add in accessorial pay and bonuses

• $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pickup

• $400 monthly mileage bonus

• DOT inspection bonuses: $100 for a clean Level 1, $75 for Level 2, $50 for Level 3

• $80.00 per diem paid as non-taxable income

• $500 paid orientation held at the New Jersey terminal, with weekly orientation sessions

• $5,000 referral bonus for sending Elite new hires ($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $3,000 at 6 months)

• Realistic earnings of $2,000 or more per week, with top performers bringing home over $100,000 a year as W2 company drivers

What you'll haul

• LTL freight with every delivery appointed ahead of time

• You'll keep the same dispatcher for every load

• Expect 2,000 to 2,500 miles weekly

• Newer trucks: Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860, and Peterbilt 579

Requirements

• At least 23 years old

• Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience

• Hazmat endorsement and Tanker endorsement (for totes, not trailers)
