CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — Home Weekly, $0.60–$0.65/mi

Our company Trucking is a small, driver-focused refrigerated carrier looking for CDL-A drivers to run Midwest OTR and regional lanes. You'll haul mostly food-grade refrigerated freight on established customer lanes, with strong miles and weekly home time.

Pay

• $0.60 - $0.65 per mile

• Up to $1,800 per week possible

• Approximately 2,550–2,900 miles weekly

• Weekly direct deposit

Home time

• Home weekly, with dispatch planning around your home location

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated, mostly food-grade freight

• Lanes across TX, AR, OK, LA, MO, KS, IL, WI, MN and the Midwest

• About 50% drop-and-hook

• 3–5 runs/turns per week with planned pickup and delivery appointments

Equipment

• 2022–2024 Freightliner Cascadia 126 tractors

• 2024+ Thermo King S700 reefer trailers

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record

• Strong knowledge of route driving and load/unload procedures

• Pass a background check and drug screening before employment

Responsibilities

• Safely run CDL-A reefer loads on dedicated/regional lanes

• Perform inspections and report maintenance issues

• Monitor reefer temperature and protect food-grade freight

• Keep appointments, communicate updates, and submit BOL paperwork on time

• Follow DOT rules, company policies, and customer procedures
