CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — Guaranteed $1,000/Week First 90 Days

Swift Transportation's Las Vegas terminal is hiring OTR refrigerated drivers based out of Bullhead City, Arizona. You'll run coast-to-coast lanes with a mix of load types and strong earning potential.

Pay

• The top 25% of OTR drivers at this terminal average $1200 weekly.

• Trip pay is calculated from dispatched miles, ranging from $.43 to $.58 cpm depending on your route and experience level.

• Paychecks come out weekly, plus a monthly performance bonus.

• Starting July 13, 2026, new eligible OTR company drivers are guaranteed at least $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving under the Guaranteed Pay Plus+ program. Conditions apply, so ask a recruiter for the full details.

Home time

You'll get home on a monthly basis, with the possibility of working some holidays.

What you'll haul

This is refrigerated freight run over the road, with access to a company network of more than 30 terminals across 25 states. Drivers also get use of a new fuel network and free showers.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A license.

• Strong backing skills.

• No DUI in the past 10 years for CDL-A holders, or past 5 years for non-CDL-A holders.

• No more than 1 preventable on-road or DOT loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that same period, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening, with no drug-related conviction in the past 5 years and no illegal drug use or failed/refused tests in the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A or CLP.
