CDL-A OTR Flatbed/Step Deck Driver — Solo or Team, Hazmat Required

Our company in Fort Worth, TX is looking for solo and team OTR drivers to run step deck and flatbed loads. You'd be based out of Texas and can start right after you clear the background check.

Pay

• Paid weekly, with 30% of the line haul

• Projected annual earnings between $110,000 and $300,000

What you'll haul

• Step deck and flatbed trailers

• You'll tarp loads as needed and check that vehicles, equipment, and cargo are safe, legal, and properly secured

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement

• At least 1 year of verifiable trailer-pulling experience

• TWIC card and passport (or willingness to obtain them)

• Comfortable driving automatic transmission trucks

• Basic understanding of vehicle upkeep and repair

• Able to work solo or alongside a teammate, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Subject to random DOT drug screening and must keep logs per DOT rules

• Applicants with arrest or conviction records older than 7 years will be considered in line with applicable laws; veterans are welcomed

Day-to-day

• Source your own loads through the company load board

• Handle paperwork like invoices, load orders, deposits, and handheld reports

• Keep your truck and work area clean and safe

• Build good relationships with customers through daily contact
