About this job
Our company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for experienced OTR dry van drivers who live in Arizona. This is a 1099 contractor position running consistent, no-touch freight in newer equipment.
Pay
- Base rate of $0.80 CPM, plus monthly bonuses tied to performance and safety
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Typical weekly earnings range from $1,500.00 to $2,500.00
What you'll haul
- Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
- Running OTR with steady year-round miles and little downtime
- Equipment is late-model Volvos (2024-2026), kept clean and well maintained
Requirements
- Must live in Arizona
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Able to work with ELDs

- Drive safely, legally and with a professional mindset at all times
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Stay in close contact with dispatch
- Take good care of the company's equipment
