CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver — $0.75/mile or 30% of Gross

Our company is hiring experienced Class A drivers out of the Dallas area to run OTR dry van freight in a newer fleet. You pick your pay plan and get a late-model truck loaded with comfort features.

Pay

• Choose $0.75 per mile (CPM) on all miles, or 30% of gross revenue with transparent bookkeeping

• Paid every week via direct deposit

• Typical weekly earnings range from $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week

Home time

• 4 weeks on the road, then 7 full days home

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight on OTR lanes

• Trucks are 2024–2027 Peterbilt 579, Freightliner Cascadia, and International LT models, all automatic

• Cabs come with a refrigerator, microwave, and inverter, plus 24/7 roadside maintenance support

• Dispatchers average 5+ years of experience in the industry

Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience

• Valid Class A CDL

• Clean MVR/PSP record with no major recent violations

• Clean DOT Clearinghouse status (no current or required SAP program)

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test
