CDL-A OTR Driver — Home Every 2 Weeks, Paid Training for New Grads

Run OTR freight east of Denver (Northeast excluded) with our company, based out of the Saraland and Mobile, AL area. Brand-new CDL-A holders are welcome and get paid mentor training before going solo, while experienced drivers step straight into the seat. You're out about two weeks at a time, then home for your reset.

Pay

• Weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,800, roughly $62,400 to $93,600 a year

• Mileage-based OTR pay plus stop pay of $15 per stop

• Expect to run 1,800 to 2,900 miles weekly

• Direct deposit every week

Home time

You're on the road for about two weeks, then return home for your reset period.

What you'll haul

Freight covers the OTR network east of Denver, excluding the Northeast. Expect a mix of drop-and-hook, live loading, live unloading and preloaded trailers, with routes planned in advance and dispatch support around the clock.

New to trucking

• Graduates of a 120-hour (or longer) CDL program qualify

• You'll get paid one-on-one training with a mentor before driving solo

• Once training wraps up, you're paid at the full solo rate right away

Equipment

Trucks are assigned to you to take home, either automatic or 10-speed, averaging about 1.5 years old, backed by dispatch support available anytime.

Requirements

• Class A CDL issued in your home state; must be at least 21

• Either a recent CDL-school graduate (120+ training hours) or verifiable driving experience

• Clean enough driving history: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No DUI or DWI within the past 10 years

• Must pass a DOT physical along with a hair and urine drug test
