CDL-A OTR Dedicated West Coast Driver — $1,900–$2,100 Weekly

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver for dedicated over-the-road runs to the West Coast, based out of Byron Center, Michigan. You would haul repeat freight in 2025 or newer trucks and get 3–4 days at home after each run.

Pay

• $1,900–$2,100 gross per week, or $100,000–$110,000 gross per year

• $0.76 CPM

• $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus (limited time)

• Extra pay for stops and detention, plus per diem

• Quarterly safety bonus of up to $2,000 per year

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Home time and schedule

• Out 10–12 days, then home 3–4 days

• Dedicated West Coast runs

• You manage your own time, with no rigid delivery schedules

What you'll haul

• About 12 stops per run, and most stops take under 20 minutes

• Repeat customers and familiar delivery locations

• Mostly boxed or palletized freight

• At some stops you help unload by tailgating; other locations unload for you

• Trucks are all 2025 or newer

• 53' dry van trailers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of recent CDL-A driving experience, on equipment similar to this

• Good MVR

• Pass a DOT physical and a drug test

• Able to bend, lift, push and pull
