CDL-A OTR Cryogenic Tanker Lease Purchase Driver — $200K–$275K/Year

Our company is looking for experienced OTR drivers for a lease purchase opportunity hauling cryogenic liquids and other specialty gases that support industries like agriculture, healthcare and aerospace across the country.

Pay

• Gross pay is listed at $5,500 a week, with annual earnings estimated between $200,000 and $275,000

• You're paid for all miles plus fuel surcharge, issued weekly

• Loading, unloading and delay time are all compensated

• Keep in mind this is a lease purchase role, so your truck payment and operating costs come out of your gross earnings

Home time

Expect to run three weeks on the road followed by one week at home.

What you'll haul

You'll move cryogenic liquids, carbon dioxide, anhydrous ammonia, liquid propane, hydrogen and other specialty gases, running out of a network of ten terminals that covers all 48 states.

Equipment

This lease purchase program puts you behind the wheel of a late-model Peterbilt 579, and drivers typically log 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly depending on their pace.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with both Tanker and Hazmat endorsements

• Current TWIC card

• Three years of verifiable OTR experience if you've hauled tankers before, or five years if you haven't

• No more than three minor moving violations in the last three years

• No major preventable accidents in the past five years

• Clean record with no past violations of Federal Highway drug and alcohol rules

Orientation

New drivers attend orientation every other week at the company's Omaha, NE headquarters, where you'll go through training sessions and meet the payroll, billing, maintenance and dispatch teams.
